Richard’s cake or usually named Dick’s cake is a traditional Uterian dish. It is mostly long, thick and stiff filled with a white cream. It has a cylinder form made out of dough.

You can compare it with the Spanish traditional dessert Churro.

 It is usually eaten by Uterian women before they enter the casino. It is said that eating Dick’s cake will bring you luck during your time gambling at the casino.

 

It is a cheap dessert that can be found everywhere, from supermarkets to restaurants. But the authentic Dick’s cake can only be found at the streets in Klitörs. It is labelled and costs about 5 Ovula (2,5 euros) per piece.
